I ordered myself an ink pad holder from there for $165.00. This was in September. As of today, november 29th, nothing. I haven't received anything. Has anyone ordered anything from there lately and what was the approximate shipping time? I was promised that it would ship well over a week ago, but i never got a shipment notification (which they said I would) and nothing has arrived. I am starting to get frustrated.

Did you e-mail them? I haven't ordered from them yet because I am waiting until after all the holiday orders are done since I don't need it right away. But I have e-mailed them several times and they have always been very helpful.

Yes, that is when they promised me that it would be shipped a few fridays ago. Just frustrated, that is all. Ugh. I am sure it will get here, I just wasn't expecting this much of a wait time.

That is a long wait time for placing your order back in Sept. I know a few ladies have bought from there so hopefully they will have some input.

I ordered mine last year in May and received my unit 6 weeks later. After a month I emailed to ask when I could expect delivery. They replied it would be shipped the following week on Monday. As promised, the following Monday I received a shipping confirmation. They may be busier at this time of the year but you should definitely get in touch with them again to have an update on things.

I've ordered from them and love their products - very good quality. I did wait several weeks; but they delivered in the time span they originally promised so no issues. I assure you your order will be worth the wait!
