What is this about an incentive stamp set
 

I'm confused (happens often). I just checked my shipping statis of an order and on the top of the list is a line that says incentive set "Time Well Spent" is being shipped.
Anyone else see this on their order list? I went to Regionals, but I didn't quailfy for the free set SU was offering for attendees. Just wondering????
