SU Thinking of Going Unmounted or Clear?

Do you think the pupose of the 'Survey' is to 'test the waters' on how stampers feel about offering other options on their stamps? I was so skeptical about the survey, I even checked the Snopes website to see if they might have info on it. SU is so successful, I couldn't imagine why they were doing this unless they are considering jumping on the bandwagon for UMs or clear stamps.

I think you may be right on target. PLEASE those of you doing this, let them know that many of us want unmounted and/or clear very badly!

Oh, believe me, they know all about the needs and wants of unmounted. It's been discussed for years. Not sure if they will jump on the bandwagon or not. They still have many, many people who prefer woodmounted stamps. I definitely prefer unmounted right now myself but who knows if they will ever offer that. It would be nice, though.

I love my rubber, but if they wanted to go unmounted (costing me less money I'd hope) and offer blocks and foam for purchase then I'd be on board. If they did not offer wood blocks for purchase seperately I would vote no. This way if you love your wood mounted stamps you can still have them, maybe even for less money all together.
