Default Weaving

I spotted a card in the gallery with Best BLossems done on weaving. Did they weave the paper first and stamp on it or do the impossible and stamp two cards and weave them together? This is most likely a nobrainer but I am not sure.

I think I saw this one this morning. If it is the card with the stamped butterflies, the artist said she did the weaving first and then the stamping.
