Cool Stamping Invention - what do you want?

With al the new products available to suck money from our wallets, what is the one stampin item you wish someone would invent?

Here are a couple I could really use

1. A really really good lightweight affordable paper trimmer

2. Automatic stamp washer

3. Glitter alert system - some reader that will tell me I have glitter on my face "before" I leave the house

4. One store that has all the possible storage and organizing items in one place

5. GPS tracking on my little C-Thru ruler (I've lost 4)

What do you want or need that would make you whip out the charge card a say give me one now and ship it priority!

What about a really good paper trimmer with a Scor-Pal attached to it so you can get the perfect cut and be able to score all with the same tool.

a hand held thing that would sew on paper. small, portable, just turn a knob and the needle and thread go in and out.

ok, someone take my idea and send it to me for free and I'll review it for you...

Paper trimmer and score pal - Yumm and it has to have ruler at the bottom, not just the top

hand held sewing machine - oh Yeah! I love stiching on cards but I never drag out my sewing machine

We need to find inventors or some product discovery group to take our ideas and make them real.

I would love this! Right now I use my Fiskars trimmer and then for scoring my Martha Stewart Bone Folder(it has a fine edge) and SCORE my cardstock in the cutting groove. It works perfectly .

I need a room stretcher. And maybe a kitten-grabbed-the-ribbon-again alarm. And a don't-forget-to-put-the-lid-back-on-the-inkpad alert. And a warning buzzer to let me know I'm about to glue something down upside-down, backwards, or crooked.

I would like to see Spellbinders come out with a die that will pierce the paper for you. Like Pierceabilitieshttp://spellbinderspaperarts.com/bor...y-scallop.html only they would actually cut the holes too.

I would like markers that have permanently attached caps (so they don't get lost, kind of like the cap on a water bottle). I almost never use markers anymore because no matter how hard I try to hide them, my small children almost always get into them - and they dry up. I've lost more money on markers than anything else.

A robot that will clean up after me
A computerized mechanical tool that once the measurements are entered, would cut and score so all i would have to do is fold and stamp.

Hmmmm...great thread, Anita.

I want an alert alarm that tells me what I'm doing wrong on a card BEFORE its too late and I have to throw the entire thing in the trash.

An automatic glitter sucker-upper. It would suck the glitter, EP, etc back up and dispense it in the proper jar. ;)

A desk, kind of like Snow White's mirror, to tell me I made the most beautiful card evah!

An unlimited supply of mojo.

I like this! But I have to add that I'd like the model that also cleans house, cooks, and entertains the kids so I have more time to stamp & scrapbook! ;)

Everytime I lose something on my craft desk (like the lid of my mono multi glue bottle), the first thought that pops into my head is to hit a button like the one on the cordless phone home base that will beep to let you know where the phone handset is. I wish every item had one of those beeper systems. Just hit a button and the lost item starts beeping. Sigh...

How about something that would tell you that you have ink on your shirt, you know where, BEFORE you get in the store............Yup, been there

How about a whole room cleaner. You just have to craft and then push a button on the wall and the room cleans itself -eyelets on the floor goes back into its container, the paper trimmer is all nice and clean free from scraps and back on table, pens are put away, etc etc.

LOL - I'd need different beeper tones cus I'm always loosing something - especially that tiny little piece I just cut out. I have to make a new one and THEN I find the original usually stuck to my sleeve!

I want a conveyor belt and holder for my embossing gun. That way I don't have to hold the dumb card every time I do embossing. And when I do assembly line card making, I can just put them on the conveyor belt and be done with it!

A Meow-English translation dictionary so I can tell my one cat her direct, close supervision is not needed. Or maybe citrus-scented ink will do the trick.

And as long as we're going for that automatic stamp scrubber, let's make it self-cleaning so we dont' have to wash those scrubber pads ever again!

I love the idea of a robot that will clean up after me. But I want an eraser that will erase absolutely any mark no matter what it is.
Plus an undo button would be nice.
interesting thread

How about little microchippy self-adhesive tags (super thin like stickers; also, strong hold but still repositionable) that you could attach to your tools. Then you could just call a specific phone number or look it up on the computer to find out where your tools are hiding. Then, when you activate the tag, the signal from the phone/computer makes it beep. No more lost tools!

I would like a time machine that allows me an extra two hours a day to stamp uninterupted while the rest of my family works in slow motion. When the two hours are up they won't even know I was gone.

Really, though, I would like a wall mounted unit that held my heavy/bulky stuff...sewing machine, light table, heat gun, etc... the things I use regulary that just take up space. Being able to see them to be inspired and be able to lift them down easily woud be a dream!
