SU Marker Problem

I read last week that others were having the same problem as me with the new color marker, going soft on the ends! I called my demo and she called SU and today I got my new markers. Now all I have to do is mail them back. They even included a postage paid sticker for the mailing back!

I had not heard about this but I just got 5 of the new markers last week, I have yet to use them but I will have to keep a watch on them for the same problem, it is good to know that they took care of it for you...
