Default Wanting your ideas...

Do you always put a sentiment in the card you create.... I am getting ready for my fall craft shows and I have been up in the air, with the sentiments for the inside.
Birthdays for sure I always put something inside. As well as, Sympathy...but what about the rest.... Do you always...or do you leave it blank for your customers to write their own message?????

I never put anything inside- actually.

I have sentiments on the outside of 90% of my cards, but I like some to just be decorative and blank for use as random occasion notecards.

I'll take that back. I'm in the process of making a tri-fold card with a moose on the front. The inside will say "merry christmoose" I thought it would ruin the "why is there a moose on my card" reaction if I put it on the outside.

But I'd say for non-birthday, sympathy cards, leaving them blank is good. Although sometimes it's nice to find a thank you card with only a bit of writing room on the inside- makes it easier to fill the card

You could leave them blank and have some smaller sheets of writing paper with the sentiments on them for the buyers that would prefer a sentiment on the inside.

I go back and forth. I really like cards that have nice sentiments inside but for more generic cars, I like to leave them blank. I put greetings in birthday cards almost always but hardly ever in thank you cards.

I keep an assortment. But when I give cards in a set they are usually blank. I have done some masculine mixed sets as items I have sold.

The cards I sell are all blanks on the inside (but most do have some sort of sentiment on the front). When I custom make cards (xmas for example), I offer to add sentiments inside at no extra cost if that is what they would like.
