Default Wanna know how much it cost to buy the WHOLE catty??

Okay ladies, I admit it, I have no life , so anyway, I was wondering how much it would cost to buy every single thing in the new catalog, so I added it ALL up. The total cost for everything(except personalized stamps) comes up to $13,111.11 Thats not quite as much as I thought it would be, but man I wish I could win the lottery. But out of all of that price only $6,912 is actual stamps! Anyway, But that price is every pack of paper, in both sizes single color packs and assorted packs, craft ink and classic, and the spots for both, all the accessories, EVERYTHING, except for thoes personalized stamps, becuase there is soooo many to choose from, it seemed pointless. Anyway, does anyone have $13,111.11 I can borrow??

I can hear it now how various banks and credit unions across the country are closing their doors, for fear of getting robbed by crazed stampers who just got their catty

Emily,
Thanks for adding it all up for me....that makes it SOOO much easier for my demo, now she won't have to add it up! She was really worried about all that adding! And I'll just put it all on my Discover card.....just THINK of the cash back bonuses! I mean, that's why DH said he wanted me to put everything on Discover, so I'm REALLY just doing what he asked...right?!?
But with buying everything in the catalog, the question is.....what WOULD you buy with $1,954 in Hostess Awards? And for all that spending you still wouldn't get a lot of Hostess Sets, isn't that funny? I think I'll just have 17 parties of $750 for myself so I can get all the Hostess Sets!
That was something fun to figure out, so thanks for the brain teaser this morning Emily! And I suppose I'll limit myself a little bit! I DID already "Host" my own party with a $156 order to my demo from the new catalog, and that's not everything on my list because I'm in her Stamp Club and have a leave a FEW things to make that $25 minimum for the next few months!

LOL That's too funny that you added it up! I would have thought it would be more than that too. Not that I have an extra $13K just laying around or anything! LOL

emily! when the heck did you add this all up? you know it's already posted on another site, right?! lol. sheesh, what a waste of time If i sold my car, I'd still have like 17,000 after getting everything I desire in that catty. I could get an awesome new car with that leftover 17,000!

It's pretty sad that I actually let that thought run through my head. i would never trade my car for anything, though. It's a nice thought though!

So, with $13,111.11 ordered that would be $1,311.11 in shipping and handling, right? Can you imagine? And my state has 6% tax, so that'd be another $786.67 in tax. Oh my! Now you're looking at $15,208.89 for everything in the new catty. :O

Well, In order to support my habit, I guess I need to become a Demo, go to the bank and take out a SBA loan so I can buy everything in the catty and start my business?

Sounds like a winner to me!

The thing I hate most when I get my stamps is spraying the blocks with varnish. Second would be cutting and mounting. Then finally on to the stampin fun!

Default In your future free time...

Now when you have some more free time get really mathematical and figure out the amount you would have to order in incrememts of workshops so you can get all the free hostess sets and don't forget to figure in using your free hostess merchandise credits. I don't want to spend money that I don't have to and as someone else said if I pay for it all what would I get for the free merchandise......are you done with that figure yet?

This is without the demo discounts right? So really...another great reason to be a demo. It would just be $10,488.89 with your instant income and when you figure you will get the big 20% rebate check in addition to THAT it’s ONLY $8391.11

That IS a deal! AND the great hostess benefits!! Plus my upline would be so happy!

Well I’m off to re-mortgage the house!

I wouldn't even need the hostess bennies. Being 1/2 way to the cruise would be enough for me! BUT I would MAKE my husband help me mount them.

LOL, I think I need to take a loan out. OMG, could you imagine having EVERYTING?!?!?! It seems like it would almost take the fun out of it though becuase you have nothing else to look forward to buying later, well untill next year rolls around, but if I spent that much money on stamps, I think my hubby would beat me senseless LOL
