Virtual Stamping Night

Okay, what am I missing? I've read the VSN rules, which elude to there being a Virtual Stamping Night on January 7th but I have no idea what that is!! I see there are prizes of some sort, but no one says what it is, or how to join, or what we have to do!!
Sounds like fun though!! Help!!

Go to the furums section, click on splitcoast challenges and from there click on VSN and you should find any answerw you need. The prizes are things that SCSers are donating and there's no way to know what there will be for prizes untill they have all been received. I've done a couple of VSNs and they are so much FUN! Definitely something to try!

Hi Kimmie, from a fellow Ontario-an!

There used to be a thread explaining VSN, but now that I look for it, I can't find it! Figures, eh?

Anyhow, VSN is SUPER FUN! The "start time" will be announced soon, but in the past it has started at 5pm CST and ran though midnight. Every 45 minutes, a new challenge is announced. You then have 45 minutes to complete your challenge. You can upload your card and be elligble for prizes. The hostess for that challenge (the one who posts the challenge) is in charge of chosing winners (usually 3 winners). You have until noon CST the next day to upload your cards if for some reason you aren't able to upload them during VSN (it can be kind of time consuming). HOWEVER, each card can only take you 45 minutes to complete.

Here is a link to a list that MonTigg was so nice to put together of all of the past VSN Challenges. Forums at Splitcoaststampers The challenges are not announced ahead of time, however if there is anything out of the ordinary you may need for your card, a shopping list will be posted a few days before.

This is how the VSN's have worked in the past. January VSN should be similar, however the times may change... Tracy (Stampin-Sunnychick) is the coordinator, and will post the "secrets" as she sees fit!

Oh yeah, and as far as "joining", just show up in the VSN forum at the start time (or any time during VSN! You don't have to do every challenge) and play along!

VSN is such a blast, I really hope you give it a try on January 7th! I missed the November one due to a last minute schedule change Thanks to my DH.......trust me, he heard about me missing VSN for two weeks! Betcha he doesn't try to adjust schedules around January 7th ;)

I honestly highly recommend giving VSN a try! I had fun, learned new techniques, and used items and ideas that I would NEVER have thought of! (Pantyhose on a card???? Yep! Did it!)
