Splitcoaststampers.com - the world's #1 papercrafting community
You're currently viewing Splitcoaststampers as a GUEST. We pride ourselves on being great hosts, but guests have limited access to some of our incredible artwork, our lively forums and other super cool features of the site! You can join our incredible papercrafting community at NO COST. So what are you waiting for?
It's super easy! First, make sure you have your file saved on your computer as something unique, like "Pretty Card by aned" or something like that. Then go to the gallery, and in the right top corner under your username and stuff, click Upload Photo. Browse and add your file, then fill out the info, and hit Submit!
I started out scanning all mine but now I only take photos; more depth I think, and no shadows from all the embellishments! Daytime photos usually come out best; Also, when you are editing your photo, you need to change the size to 640x400 or smaller; I will look for the thread that explains it all!
Here's the link to a tutorial by Beth, (Showmestamper); it's how I learned! Good luck! Forums at Splitcoaststampers

Reason: added link
I've looked all over for info on how to post a message but this is all I could find. Feel free to move it where it belongs. In Nov. 2023, I found a storage unit w/handle @ Dollar Tree (DT) that will hold 32 full-size Distress Ink/Oxide ink pads. Not all DT's are created equal so it's not in all of them but I am very happy with it. Wish I knew how to upload my own photo -- I put labels on the ink pads with the ink pads facing out through the clear plastic.

Welcome Linda! You need several posts before you can upload a photo to a message. I suggest you leave comments in the galley. That will increase your numbers then you will be able to post photos.
I didn't realize how old this thread was until I went to see if aned was able to upload cards. Then I saw they were from 2008!
Linda is the one who was needing help uploading. She needs to increase her numbers and then she should be able to attach the photo. Yes, this is a very old thread.
