UPS Problem???
 

Has anyone ever had any problems with the brown truck???? I placed an order this week with SU and through the tracking ID it says that it left Utah and that's it... There's no delivery date on the ID# either. I've place two other orders since then and they've gone out with no problems and are scheduled to be here next thursday and friday.... Should I call UPS or SU??? and unfortunately this order was my big one and am desperate for it!!!

Sometimes it seems that the UPS computer system doesn't get updated or something. I have called them with the tracking number and they have been able to tell me where it is at and when it will be delivered. Give them a call!

You could call UPS and they'll tell you the status. I have had this happen a few times, but have never had a problem with the delivery. I live in NY and it usually takes 6 to 7 days to get to me from Utah. Also, When the package is in transit, nothing seems to get updated on the UPS site until the package gets to the next destination point (which for me is Secaucus, NJ on day 6). Hope this helps!

I actuually had a pckage delivered that the web site was showing in the 'transfer point', Secaucus. I was sending an email asking that they find it, because it must be hiding in a corner, there when my trusty driver appeared bearing an SU box.
Still, it wouldn't hurt to have them look into it, especially if it's stamps!

When my stamping buddies at the office place a party order, there's never any tracking info between Utah and Tennessee. It's been like this for as long as I can remember, and they got me into stamping almost three years ago. We've gotten used to seeing nothing for several days, and then suddenly things start churning away between Tennessee and Virginia.
