Twinkling H2Os are a dry pigment powder cntaining mica . They are great for watercolouring (just add water) and can be both very bright and vibrant as well as soft and subtle. They have a great shimmer to them ( the mica!).


I LOVE them and would highly recommend them if you like wtercolouring technqiues!!

No they don't but am keeping my fingers crossed for the July catalogue XXX

They are my absolut favourite thing in the world to use right now - I bought mine at my local Scrapbook store.
