Default Twinkling H20

I have noticed in the gallery that several people make mention to this. What is it? Where do you get it?

You may find them at your local scrapbook store. or online.

Here is a link to luminArt inc the maker of Twinkling H20
This might help explain what they are?

Love my Twinkling H2O's they are similiar to Pearl-ex but easier to use... I wet them and appply with a smal paint brush - however, I know other use them differently...(there are many great threads on this forum about them).. I purchased mine from someone on SCS (in the BST area)
My suggestion do a forum search - they are wonderful
