I have found them at car swap meets (of all places!). There is always this guy who carries lots of little gadgets with little mirrors and magnifying glasses and such.

I have seen this same kind of booth at county fairs. That may be a good place this time of year.

Wink Tweezers

The kind I have are called Tweezerbee. I use them all the time...they are very pointy and sharp, but have a tiny soft plastic cover for when they are not being used.....ask at your local scrapbooking store.

I think they're also called "hemostats."

Or, go to Froogle.com and search for "self closing tweezers". ....remember to use the quotation marks. You will find a *ton*.
