Default bleeding inks??

do any of the SU inks bleed thru the CS?? I am going to be switching over all my markers, inks, and CS within a month, and buying ink pads from SU slowly, replacing what needs to be replaced, etc. I have a red ink (brand name shall remain nameless  ), that is not SU, that bleeds alot, and some of my other colors do too!! I want to replace those and the dried out ones first.
I did the "cheaper" way at first....since i have only been stamping for about a year, thus now that it is an addiction that is here to stay, i want the best, and SU has really proven to me that they have some of the best items out there. Thanks for all your input!

Well, sometimes my Basic Black shows through a bit on the back side of US White, but I've never had any other bleeding. Most of the times it wouldnt matter to me anyway since I am layering. What kind of cardstock are you using? I would think that might be the greater source of your problems. Or perhaps your inks are too juicy?

I have never had a problem with any of the SU pads or markers bleeding thru cardstock - white or otherwise. Love, love, love my inkpads and markers!

I agree that it may be the paper more than the ink. My SU! ink will bleed on non-su! paper. In general, i have a lot more problems stamping on non-su! paper. Of course, I just recently discovered that it was a paper problem and not a stamper problem So, I now swear by both SU! paper AND ink--absolutely the best money can buy!

I agree with Jen, SU inks and paper is just quality through and through!! I am very impressed with the quality of their papers. I, too, when I first started out, tried to go the cheaper route, but kept coming back to SU. I now have switched over about 80% of my papers to them with the goal of 100% in sight. Definitely worth it!
