I ordered 3 times.

First time.. my order was still not here in 3 weeks, so I canceled b/c my event was coming up.

Second time.. order shipped in 2 weeks.

Third time.. 3 weeks and I have nothing. Owner refused to cancel my order and said there was a cancellation policy on her website, which there isn't. I filed a dispute with paypal for refund.

Never again.
