Default For those of you that have blogs...

Can you tell me how to insert a counter like some of you have. I went to the site and got my code or link or whatever that is called. I tried to put it on my typepad blog and it doesn't work. Can someone anyone help thanks so much.

Good question. I need to learn how to do this, too.

But, hey, doesn't Typepad have a hit counter widget you can install? I believe it's free, too . . . ???

If you go to i.e. sitemeter.com or other ones, they have installation directions for the various blogs. Find typepad and follow the directions exactly. I am really not computer savvy and I was able to do it so I have faith that just about anyone can do it if I can!!

There's a hit counter on my blog (link is in my siggy) - click on it and it takes you to the site where I got it. It was free and easy to install (and I am not very computer literate either! )

OMG - www.sitemeter.com is sooooooo easy!! I just put a counter on my blog in less than 10 minutes. Definitely one I would recommend.... wonder if we could get it to work on our SU! sites too?!

I figured it out, it is a widget. When you go to the home page on typepad go to the widget gallery and there is a free hit counter.
