Default ? for those who have made gum holders

I used a pattern for a swap made by EmGee458 but I'm having a problem with the gum fitting in the hole. Has anyone had this problem??? I noticed Trident changed to a hard pack from a soft pack so that may be the problem. Anyone else have any problems/solutions??? Thanks.

Make sure you are using the Trident that you can buy in a multi-pack, not the ones you buy right by the checkstand. The packs in the multipack are super skinny. The ones sold singly are too big. Hope that helps!!

Thanks so much for the information. I will check those packs out. I was worried I'd have all these cool gum holders and nothing to put inside! Again, Thank You!

Glad you posted this. I had printed those instruction out the other day and was planning on making some today! I just got on here to see some other samples for ideas and came across this thread.

Thanks again!
