Thanks to SCS, I now own----
an ATG gun, a Cuttlebug, several Paper Trey sets, several scallop punches, several round punches, Ultra Clean, went completely unmounted and all that goes with that, Primas, Colluzzle system, ribbons from online ribbon sources, Bazille, Bazille Bling, various brands of paper, Palette inks, Fun Flock, and probably a million other accessories.
What accessories (etc.) do you have as a direct result of this board?

Cuttlebug, cricut, tons of ribbon, and several stamp sets I probably would never have bought but after seeing some galleries...well you know.
Now I want to get the Bind It All...

Oooh, I went out and got a Cuttlebug! (For 40% off at Michael's - I really felt like I'd scored!) And I recently ordered some stamp sets just because of some of the beautiful creations that some of you very talented ladies have so graciously uploaded onto the galleries!
This card making is rather addictive, isn't it?

I think almost everything I buy scrapbooking/cardmaking wise can be attributed to this site in some form or fashion.

I've been here since '04 - mat board for journals, paint cans, prismacolors & gamsol, ribbons, new can opener (for the little tab cans that you can glue the lids back on), e600, clear marbles,a huge stack of composition notebooks, Sharpies (anyone remember how excited we were to find all those new colors?!), tiles, candles, of course the cuttlebug & accessories, every target dollar find!, on and on. STAMPS, stamps, stamps! Crop-a-dile. Brads, eyelets, paper piercer, totes, cropper hopper drawers.
What would we do without SCS?!!!!!

Oh, forgot about the bind it all, and going unmounted, too like housefan. I'm amazed when I take time to think about it, how SCS has totally changed my style of stamping and the things that I use to stamp.

A giant box of stuff hidden in my closet to alter one day! (Shhhhh -- don't tell my husband!) Every Target Dollar spot bargain - including a pretty big stash of mailboxes that I bought just because they were there! (Yes, I WILL use them next year when I'm not quite so newly postpartum in February!) . . .
Oh, and I guess the biggest expense of all - my SU starter kit! I might not have ever signed up if it weren't for SCS and now I'm so happy I did!

So, does anyone here think that it is wrong, that I am mentally shopping off your lists of enabled items? I have been able to check off many of your items, except the Cuttlebug ~ I use the folders in my Sizzex & I also own the Wishblade...
Hmm, I am noticing Gamisol mentioned a few times. I guess I need that!!
{but, maybe I should figure out what it is...}

This site is so great....but I too have spent a lot of money as a result. My cards are much better for it too!!!
Prismacolor pencils, scalloped punches, bellas, ribbon shares from several blogs, Tombow Mono Multi glue (the best!), stickles, Crop-a-dile, Karen Foster snap stamps and more SU products than I ever would have bought otherwise. Isn't it fun??

Cuttlebug! I'm really limited in what I have to spend on stamping so that, and various die cuts, embossing folders, etc (my first set of alphabets is on its way!) is pretty much it. Oh yeah, and STICKLES! I love sparkle in my cards but hate the glitter mess! Hm..... where did I put those? I bought them over a week ago and haven't even used them yet!

Regarding the Gamsol, I think that it is a type of odorless mineral spirits or solvent - apparently it is even more odorless than the terpenoid types you can purchase at a hardware store. I know that it is used with regular (not water-soluble or watercolor) Prismacolor pencils and blending stumps in order to get a watercolor effect. I've never tried it - yet - but I will!
I think that the Gamsol and pencil combo produces a brighter, smoother look, but having never tried it, I don't know for certain.
I would love to see a study done by someone on here with a image colored with Gamsol, Prismacolor pencils, and blending stumps versus the same image done with watercolor Prismacolors & a watercolor brush. Anyone up to the challenge?

Gamsol is odorless mineral spirits used for blending your prisma colored pencils.

Primas, Watercolor crayons, a brayer, ink spots, SU markers,
I"M A TAC DEMO- so all of that.
Really, if it's stamp related, it's SCS's fault- except my tag punch box.

Cropodile, ATG Gun, Bind it All, scallped oval, circle and sqaure punches (will probably get the rectangle and heart before it's all said and done), primas, cuttlebug folders, Prismacolor pencils, lunch tins, altoid tins, Papertrey stamps, Ultra Clean, Simple Green, stickles, tombow mono multi... My list could keep going... But I love it all, and look forward everyday to the new "must have!"

I'm quite new here, but I ordered the Perfect Layers from QVC the other night after seeing an entire thread about them. I'm sure I'll be getting more things though - printed designer papers are grabbing my attention, I've never used printed papers in my cards before.

Cuttlebug, Stickles, Rhonna Farrer swirls, Mono Multi, Primas, bling, lots of SU! sets because of other people's great cards, a Hero Arts flower stamp, more ribbon and DP than I will use in a lifetime.
Now I am having major envy over the Stampendous bees and Hero Arts Decorative Birds, which are next on the list!

ATG
prismacolor pencils/gamsol
tons of ribbon!
scalloped punches
staz on black
aqua painter
re-inkers
countless stamps--both loved and unloved (why did I buy this? oh yeah...SCS!)
perfect layers
X-acto laser trimmer (thank you pinkbubble....lady!! can't remember her name now!)
watercolor crayons
resisted items:
cuttlebug/cricut
hodgepodge hardware
bellas
stickles
primas
bind it all
crop-o-dile
snap stamps
unmounting
sharpies
***I figure as long as the top list is shorter than the bottom list? I am proud I've resisted a bunch of expensive things. I still try hard to keep it simple.

Cuttlebug
Perfect Layers
Gamsol
Gina K.'s Rubber Stamping Techniques DVD set
ATG (Actually I decided to get this after Deb showed me hers -- but I met her through SCS.)
Some of the stamps that others have talked about
Unmounting my wood mounted stamps
Circle Scissors
Bind-It-All
Dreamkuts
What I have I NOT bought?
Scalloped punches
Cricut (I had the opportunity but I just didn't think I'd use it. I'd much rather get one that hooks up to my computer and uses MY fonts.)

A Cuttlebug & embossing folders, several SU! sets (bought from this site), giga & mega punches, coloring pencils, markers, BG stamps.
That's all I can think of right off the top of my head. I'm sure I could list more things if I looked through my supplies.

Ah, so you hide stuff from your husband too! I was just looking in my closet a few minutes ago at stuff that I bought to be altered. Now that I've cleared everyone out of the house for the next few hours its time to play. I told my husband I needed to run some erands and do a ton of laundry. What a bunch of BS!!! It worked though. Time to have some fun.
