So I have been wanting one of these for forever, I was using the fiskars one, and it worked..ok..but not great, the score lines were not straight sometimes, I had a hard time getting it to line up correctly, etc. Well, someone here on SCS posted the link to this site: A Monthly Rubber Stamp Club
This is the direct link to the scor it board. I decided to get it after my fiskar warped on me and I could not get it to work right. It cost me just over $53 with shipping. I ordered on Friday, and since Monday was a holiday, I got it on Wednesday. Now that is FAST shipping! I got it out and tried it and LOVE it! Last night I tried it for the reverse grid technique, and what a superb tool! Check out the Scor-It site, it has tips on how to use it, and how to make modifications that help with keeping the pieces close Scor-It site
If you don't have one of these, what are you waiting for? LOL!
I will be posting the card with the reverse grid on it in a bit so everyone can see it!

no one has this? Oh my gosh, should I relabel this, enabler report? I love this item, and while it is pricey, I think that it will pay for itself as often as I use it!

I really didn't think I ever needed it. Been stamping for over 20 years.....why would I need it. But, I guess it is like when the microwave first came out. You didn't know you would love and need it until you actually had it. I absolutely LOVE mine. Especially for those papers that are really heavy and do that funny wrinkle thing when you fold them. Not to mention the measuring ease and the beautiful score lines you can have for decoration.

I really enjoy using my Scor-It. (I cant remember where I bought it.) When I first bought it, I had buyers remorse but that was before I actually used it. While I know some people do fabulous things with theirs. Heres a link to the project page at the Scor-It website:
Adding a chain to the Stop Guide. The little electrical wire connector was maybe ten cents and the ball chain was about $2.00. I used Crystal Lacquer (or Diamond Glaze, etc.) instead of hot glue because I dont have a hot glue gun.
Adding velcro dots to the wood score tool and the board. Very handy!!
Storing the Scor-It board
I love have perfectly scored creases for my cards!

Aw yes the Scor-it board!!! Yes, I'm definitely an enabler when it comes to this tool. One little hint I have for adding scored lines at an angle is to use a triangle. This will help you get funky decorative lines in a consistent manner at an angle You will also note that I used it to create two decorative lines in my Holiday Wishes card. It gives the perfect "channel" to sew between. Then on this one called Scor It Channels I scored two lines and placed my paper wrapped with ribbon between those lines to create an inset look. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Scor-It and the enabler that I am I guess I can only give it nothing but two thumbs up, WAY up
Dry Embossed Mixed Bouquet is a card I made a LONG time ago using my Fiskars - I have since used my Scor-it to do a very similar design. Again use that angle ruler to get a nice even (consistent) score

I purchased mine at Archiver's recently with my 30% off coupon that I received in the mail. I have yet to actually get up to my stamp area to use it though. :( I'm having a severe case of stamping withdrawals.
I've been wanting one for months, and it's on my Christmas list...so now I have to wait until after Christmas to buy one (if Santa doesn't bring me one himself). I can see so many uses for it and would love to be able to score lines NOT using my trimmer guide.
I really thought this thing would be a waste of money....then, yesterday on crafttvweekly.com, Tricia Morris from Club Scrap did a webisode on it, check it out, it is the one called Card Keeper. Now, I need to get one of these for sure!!! They are even available in Canada for a fair price, and a fair shipping price. If you are intersted in great webisode, sign up for crafttvweekly.com, you get an e-mail every Friday for notification of a new webisode, plus then you can down load any templates and instructions. It is absolutely free too. My fav host is Tricia, her projects are always the coolest. I was a member of Club Scrap for 4 years, she if fabulous.
