Default tell me how to use micah flakes?

I bought some of these at my local SCS because they were 50 percent off and now I have no idea how to use them! do I use them with Heat and Stick Powder? Will they work with Versamark? I know I am supposed to use a brush to apply them.....but that's about it!
thanks for your help!
Elissa

Are they flakes, like glitter sized; or micro like PearlEx? If it is like PearlEx, then you can use it like that -- if you use Versamark you'll need to put a coat of sealant on it, if you use glue then you are fine.
