Default 123Stitch.com

Just a heads up. The last 4 orders I have placed with this company, they have short shipped items. The items always are the ones that I want most - LOL, and it takes over a month to get those items. There is nothing on the web site that tells you it isn't in stock. If you want something, and you can't wait for it, I would call and ask if it is in stock.

I wish this company would block me from being able to order stuff if it isn't in stock like other vendors do. I have even had them charge me for items that were on back order, so check your box verses what was shipped. They did give a credit when I pointed it out to them.

I love this company, but it is really frustrating when I have orders hung waiting for them to ship.

Oh, that seems very odd. I have never had a problem with 123stitch.com.

I have another company that I love to shop with that has the same ordering issue (lets you order even if they don't have the item in stock). I'm pretty sure it is a matter of old technology ... they have to have their on-line ordering system sync'd with their inventory system.

Oh my, that is frustrating! I have ordered twice this month from 123stitch with no issues.

Boy you are just having all the luck! :( But it puts you in a good position to call and discuss it with them.

I am having issues with the new Flourishes myself. Missing bits, wrong bits, allowing you to order O/S stuff so they have to refund you, near impossible to contact...this is making me sad. Very pretty florals. I know she is only just up and running again so i am trying to be patient but it's all that in just two orders now. sigh.
