Here's a link to Amber's (sprtchick) ebay store for clear envelopes for cards: clear envelopes. For 12" papers, I've been known to get large ziplock-type bags from Dollar Tree...

I buy clear envelopes for A2 cards from Amazon. They carry the kind with the strip of glue on the envelope, not the flap. That makes it so much easier to put the item back in the envy.
I've never seen an envelope for 12" paper.
