Default Baby Firsts Poem for a Mom's Datebook

Does anyone know or know where I can find the little poem that one would stick in the front of one of the little $1 Michael's datebooks that tells the mom to put it in her purse to right down all of baby's firsts? I accidently deleted it off my computer to make room for a program the other night, and now I have a friend who wants me to make her one of those books!! eek!!

This is a poem I had saved to put on a memory paint can. Don't know if this is what you are looking for. And it isn't my creation! Of course you would have to change the ending!

Baby books are great ideas
but sometimes you’re too busy
Living with a little one
can put you in a tizzy
Milestones pass too fast at times to find the proper page
So, jot a note of each event with date and baby’s age (Like “took 3 steps on May 1st
or teething—5 December”).
Then drop it in this memory can to help you to remember.

If that one isn't it, check my thread (see siggie below for link).
