Default Taken with Teal- ribbon match

I am working on an ATC for a swap, and I have to use Taken with Teal as my main color. This is my favorite SU color, so I was excited about the swap.

But now, I'm having trouble with it. I'm still a beginning stamper, so I'm worried my work won't be up to par with others, even if I really like it.

Anyhow, I really wanted to add some ribbon to my card, but I'm not sure what the best match is. Does SU have a grosgrain ribbon that goes well with this? Either an actual match, or just something that compliments well (hopefully in the same family, as I have the regal spots, so I could coordinate the inks)

I wish they would use the same names for the ribbon...

Thanks

The turquiose SU ribbon is too blue. Not enough green for taken with teal. You could use white and dye it using an ink pad or re-inkers. Mix a few drops of reinker in a little water and soak it over night. It will be really pretty or put on some rubber gloves and run your piece of ribbon over your ink pad while pressing down on the ribbon at the same time. Do it on both sides of the ribbon. You can throw it in dryer if it's stainless or you can heat set it with a hair dryer ir embossing gun to dry it. Either way, you'll have a great match!

Wow, that sounds like a neat idea- but I have no reinkers.

So if there isn't a match, which colors do people think look good with teal?

I say it depends on what other colors you are using. THe dying is really easy, but if you don't have reinkers, that won't work!
