TAC order turnaround anyone?

I placed an order with a TAC angel in my area at end of May, it is now the 23rd and haven't heard back from her and was just wondering if any TAC people could tell me what the usual turnaround is lately for the current orders - ?

I am just amazed when I have to deal with other demos and the way they handle customers -- she said she was adding it to another order going in (instead of a direct ship) and I was pretty shocked but since I was TOLD and not asked, I didn't say anything but now wish I had spoken up and said I wanted my things sent direct since it has been so long now.

that is a long time, have you spoken to her since you placed the order .I would think it should take 2 weeks minimum.3 tops.and that's a long time.keep bugging her.call her again.

I've done a few TAC orders and the turnaround time has been lightening quick - less than a week, less than an SU order. I would call her and find out when it was submitted and when you can expect it. I agree with you - I'm not a demo but I used to sell Pampered Chef. I always made it a point to keep in close touch with hostesses and let them know what was going on with their order. Sometimes I wonder if some demos really want to stay in business because they sure don't act like it! Good luck!

TAC turnaround is amazingly quick...I placed a workshop on the 16th (Friday), it shipped the 19th (Monday) and was at the home yesterday (Thursday)! It was direct shipped.

Sorry to hear of your troubles...

Definitely call her! My order a few weeks ago came in 6 days too!

Thanks, I have gotten an email from her about the order but I am still waiting to hear back from a message I left last week. I know I have been busy with school getting out and all but I really do try to keep up with emails and calls, I wasn't sure if this time of year with new catalog changeovers whether there was a big delay in turnaround or not. Thanks for the heads up that the turnaround should be pretty quick. I will call her, hopefully she will get back to me soon - thanks everyone!

I place an order

Well I placed an order June 1 2006 and got it on June 9th 06
I would emal her or Call her and ask if she sent in.
If she sent the order and paid with a Personal Check then the order sometimes takes longer to process.
I have done this on my personal order.
And it does take longer.
Paying with a Credit card or Money Order,
The orders usually ship pretty fast.
