I've done this a few times before, and thought it was a good time to do it again. Can you guess the most often used sets on SCS? And how many posts there are in the gallery with each set? NO FAIR LOOKING FIRST!
List your top 5 picks & see if you're right! I'll post the top 5 (with numbers as of 3/7) in a day or so. Have fun!
Oh, I'll go with my favorite--Roses in winter because it's hard to make an ugly card with that set!!

If I were to make a separate list for retired sets, it would have:
wonderful wings
watercolor garden ii
terrific tulips
shapes and shadows
easy elegance
Roses in Winter (because everyone has said it, and I've been noticing it a lot lately)
Tags & More (because it's been around forever)
Lovely as a Tree (because you can do so many different, beautiful things with it)

I don't know how far back you want to go, but I would say Lovely as a Tree is right up there. If you include retired sets, too, I'll include Terrific Tulips and Shapes & Shadows.
I'm pretty new to this site...so I'm gonna guess stamp sets I found in galleries matching my own sets...'cuz it seems there were a ton of cards! (Then again, I have barely scratcheed the surface of this website!!)
1. Simple sketches
2) Summer by the sea
3) watercolor garden 2
4) stippled stencils
5) ???

I was just thinking of doing the same quiz!
I know I have 4 of the top 5 sets...the gallery kills me to look at it with that many!!!!
Heartfelt thanks
Looks like spring
In full bloom
Petal prints
Lovely as a tree
(and no, I didn't go look first...I had just (last Friday) looked up how many sets had over 2000 samples and which ones I didn't have, and maybe "needed"!) I think I'll expand the "quiz" in another post...for the next batch down...2000-3000 samples!
Since my British Trivia Friend asked......here they are (As of 2 days ago these were the numbers---they may have changed since then!). The number following the set is the number of pictures with that set.
Heartfelt thanks 4609
Looks Like Spring 4259
In Full Bloom 4215
Petal Prints 3592
Lovely as a Tree 3459
That is, my British friend who likes trivia! Though, she may know a lot of British trivia, too! LOL!
I read "British trivial friend"... and that fits too! Thanks for the answer - all very pretty and floral. No wonder I was so wide of the mark  (although I did get TWO right).
Might have known since I have all of those sets but I don't post that many pictures. It justs shows I'm swayed in my purchasing with all the gorgeous examples in the gallery.
