Default TAC Catalog

I just got the TAC catalog today. I love the cards in their catalog but I have to hunt to find what stamps were used on the card. The back doesn't have the recipe for the cards either.

Three years ago we had cards spread out by stamps but then TAC changed to consolidate the pictures...I guess then you don't have to thumb through each page when you want to get an idea?! If you have a question on a particular card, post it or check with your TAC demo. We just had a thread running yesterday on Paper Piecing which is a biggee in this year's catalog. We also have had recipes in our newsletters because alot of us demos wanted to know how to make a particular card and share it!!

Give it some time...you'll get to know those stamps inside and out! BTW, the glossary in the back should help get you to the right section of stamps by type!

I think someone made a list of all the stamps used for all the cards in the book. If I can find out who I will let you know....

Thanks Chris for enlighting me on what TAC did with catalog a few years back. This was something I didn't know...

TAC stands for The Angel Company. They sell unmounted rubber stamps that can be used with acrylic blocks. HTH!

Default TAC Studio for card ideas...

I just double checked and they do have some sample cards with directions posted on The Angel Company website...you can see the current ones and then on the bottom is a place to see the ones archived. This normally changes monthly and may help you with some new ideas as well...

Enjoy!

I have a copy of the "recipe list" for the cards in the current TAC catalog. It is in word format, if you send me your email address I can email it to you as an attachment. I don't know how to post it to this thread.

Thanks Jana ~ Just yesterday someone was asking me about the Sand Castle stamp… It wasn’t in the “Summer” section like I thought it would be… I ended up flipping though all the pages until I found it…. It was in with the “Girlz”

Hmmm...I guess I would have thought summer too LOL! I know I find it handy. I just keep it in my binder right with my supplements and index of what stamp is on what page....would you like that too? It lists the page numbers for all the stamps alphabetically and by order number.
