need help locating right challenge

Was reading the latest newsletter and clicked on gallery submissions for all the challenges. Saw some neat cards with the backgrounds/ parts of the cards cut into small squares. They mentioned cutting paper into 40 pieces? Can anyone point me in the right direction? thanks

There was a dirty girl challenge last week using the Serendipity technique, you might try that too.

It did say something about a dirty girl challenge, and the card was named serendipity, by scrapnextras. Didn't look as if there was any embossing on it.
