I made a card last night with my new MFT set and uploaded it but it's not under MFT galleries. :confused: I see it in my gallery though. Can anyone help with this...Please.

The new galleries are keyword driven so in order for your card to show up in a specific gallery the company name must be in the KEYWORDS section.

You can add the keyword by editing your card in the gallery.

I went and looked at your card. VERY cute. Then I checked your keywords... small mistake there. Problem is that the instructions saying 'put commas' between words are rather ambiguous... even downright confusing.


* We should ONLY put a comma between words that we do not want kept together.

* We should NOT put a comma between words that need to be kept together.

So in this instance, the commas made it into three different keywords.... My, Favorite, Things. You need to go to the photo and edit and take out the commas. Then it will be all one Keyword... My Favorite Things.

Don't worry, you aren't the first, nor will you be the last, person to put in extra commas.

I think I have an answer to your question.

If you check the MFT gallery (using keyword search), you will see that the following keywords will get you into the search:

my_favorite_things
myfavoritethings
mft
mftdt (for design team members)

Notice there are not any spaces in between the words. If you were to just remove the spaces between the words, your card will show up in the MFT gallery.

When I did a search for My Favorite Things (including spaces), all the cards come up with the word MY, FAVORITE or THINGS in it. So for instance, this card came up, which did not use ANY MFT products: KK's just a note burgundy rose bud by Kheila Kirwan at Splitcoaststampers

You'll see that she used the words favorite and things in her description. Make sense? On the plus side I found YOUR card in that search as well. LOL

SO, if you would like your card to show up in the MFT gallery, simply delete the spaces or just use the initials MFT from now on. If you happen to edit your upload right now, it could take several hours to "catch up", but will change eventually.

Once you edit an image, it can take a bit for the change you made to roll through the entire system; the change usually doesn't show up instantaneously.

And, if it's been a few hours since you edited, you might try refreshing your browser/screen, and that will clear out the old cache of info in your browser. ;)
