Default Suggestions on mailing a card?

I want to send someone a card I made who just was diagnosed with cancer. The card I really want to send her has 3 flowers on it, I don't want them to get crushed, so I don't think a padded envelope would work. Suggestions? Would I be best of using a flat rate box? This is a first for me. Here's a link to the card if it helps to generate some ideas:

Here is a link to Kittie's tutorial. She makes gorgeous, floral embellished cards. I think this is a brilliant way of packaging and mailing so your flowers don't get squished!

I saw that too. What a great way to keep those beautiful flowers from getting flattened in the mail!
