do they have a school set? I was trying to search in the catalog online but wasn't having any luck.

or anything that says just a note?

Nothing quite like what you are describing. You could try a personalized stamp (in the back of the catalog). It doesn't have to be in the name, phone, address format. You could use the top line to say "From the desk of:" or "Just a note from:" and on the second line "Person's Name".
