I have an old Crayola template that has the perfect curve for these. I know Michaels sells different templates in the drafting section. There are even ones that you can curve yourself HTH

My CM swirly ruler thing (can't think of the name right now) If anyone knows feel free to post it! Anyways it makes beautiful waves like the one shown. It was very inexpensive. I believe they still sell it. I haven't purchased CM in a while.

HTH...

Creative Memories has a wavy cutter that would probably give it that effect. My friend has it and I have borrowed it to use in scrapbooking. Never thought to use it in a card. I like it! By the way, its a fun tool to use!

The one I'm thinking of is called the 12 in Decorative trimmer. It's $24. But Doodah, I think the one you are thinking of is the titlopia aligner. I would think this would work too and a lot cheaper at $8. Never used this one though! If these interest you, maybe check out the website.

i have cut curves like this using a Fiskars "swoopy" metal ruler that i got in the scrapbooking section of Joann's for about $6 or $7 -- its about 13" long and has a 2 tone limey green zebra stripe pattern on it -- they also have 2 other rulers - one was a deep zig zag and i forget what the other one was - i cut the curves with a rotary cutter versus an exacto knife, but that's because i am a quilter and i'm more comfortable with the rotary cutter --
