Has anyone ever shopped at Impress Rubber Stamps? I'd like to know if you had any problems ordering.

I've ordered from them several times.

LOVE their things and have had NO problems. I think they put a hand made thank you card in the order every time, too!

I have never ordered from Impress becasue I just keep a list and get it at the tukwila store whenever I am in Seattle. I have shopped at Impress since 1990 and they are very nice and personal. Some of the folks have been there many years. It is not a big outfit. they only have about 40 employees for all 4 stores. I would not hesitate to order from them at all. If you order by phone, you will get the Tukwila store as that is where phone orders are filled. Cool place!

Before I switched to SU only (LOL), I shopped a LOT at Impress on line. get on their mailing list for specials. I almost always had a good experience with them. Once, however, the order was delayed for weeks -- and of course that was the order I needed for some baby shower invites! I called them and they sent it out. I think it just got lost. I wouldn't let that stop me from ordering, however.

One thing -- many of the accessories that they carry can be found elsewhere at a cheaper price. So, it might be worth doing a google search if you are looking at a punch, etc.

I ordered some embellishments from them and had no problems. Shipping cost and time was reasonable too.
