SU order in picking for 2 days already!
 

What is taking so long? Don't they know I don't have the patience for this???? I need to know what 's on backorder and when to expect my shipment. Otherwise, how am I going to stalk the UPS guy???

Is it really taking that long for them to fill orders? I've never had it in picking this long before!

I had Wonderful Words on BO (the only item BO for this order) and it was in picking for two days! How hard can it be to pick up one stamp set and put it in a box! :evil: It finally shipped today. Hope your picking picks up!

Welcome to my club!!! I had one in picking for 4 days this week. Just shipped today. I'm bummed because I need my sets for swaps. I'm seriously wondering what is going on and if they are doing hostess orders before demo orders or something.

I know they are moving, but come on, can you say bad timing!! We are all so anxious don't the know what they are doing to us??? :cry:

I don't think it has anything to do with whether or not it's a hostess or a demo order. Mine is a hostess order.

Kind of good to know ~ at least demo orders aren't being singled out.

I don't remember where I read or heard this but I think some orders are in picking longer because they are waiting for the stock to come in, knowing it should be there in the next day or two. That way they don't have to put it on B/O and ship it separately.

Does this sound familiar to anyone else???

Order still in picking after 5 days
 

My order has been picking since Monday and is two weeks old. I called Stampin' Up! today to get an idea on when it would be shipping, my customers are getting anxious and me too! Most of my order is from the old catalog. I was told that they hope to have most all of the backorders out by August 6th! Of course, it depends on what you ordered as to when it will ship. They are making the backorders as quickly as possible. She also explained to me that stamp sets will not appear on the backorder list only accessories and such. I know they are working as fast as possible, but I wait with great anticipation for every order. It's just too exciting when UPS arrives. My driver is slipping my packages by the door and honking his horn as he leaves, I think we scared him over the excitement of the catalog order arriving!!!!!!

This isn't familiar to me, but it does make some sense on orders if they know that the BO item will not be BO long. My BO set was BO for at least a week after my order was shipped (in fact I received my order already here in Germany), then my one set went into picking for two days and has shipped today.
