I just saw at containerstor.com a plastic 12x12 paper holder for 5.99!

Here is the item #10022759 it lays flat and it is milky plastic so you can see into it.

I absolutely love this store, and we're lucky enough to have one in town. Thanks for the tip, I'm going to check this out. I bought a greeting card organizer there, it's great for trying to plan ahead...
