question about stampinup stamp set

I have found a small stamp set called Button Greetings which has two small wood mount stamps- congratulations and happy birthday to you. It includes a pumpkin pie ink spot Can anyone tell me if I would have gotten this with a card kit? And if so, which one? I am not finding it in the stamping gallery. Thanks so much

Could it be from a Paper Pumpkin kit? Although a card kit would be possible too.

ETA...I found a pic of the sticker. Ordering number 119995.

I went thru all the catalogs in the time frame where 119995 would have appeared. That's around 2010. Unless I skipped over it, I didn't see it anywhere. Is it possible that it was a demo item?

It's from a level 3 hostess set from the 2010-2011 catalog-- Simply Sent Cute as a Button.

Thank you SO MUCH! I have found the cute as a button kit buried with some envelopes- and have now reunited stamps and card kit! I would never have known what to look for without your help!
