Default SU! CS?

I placed an order recently for the scallop punch and some DP. Well, when I got it the other day, the punch was missing. I emailed CS from the link provided in the ship confirmation email, and still no reply. How long does it typically take to get an answer if at all? I ordered through a demo's web site, but I don't know her, I just picked by location.

Email can take a day or 2. I would call 1 -800 -stampup. Have your order number handy.

DOes it say if it was backordered and shipping when it comes in? I know that happpens. It would say on your order receipt. Otherwise, Yes I would call CS right away.

Often items are on back order. In fact, I ordered the scallop punch last year and it was on back order. Check with your demo! I just placed a BIG order and my demo just told me like 2 things are on back order....sad face...oh well, something to look forward to

I know my DH ordered me a Big Shot from SU for my birthday, which was a month ago! Apparently it was backordered. Does anyone know if they have told when they will be in stock? I'm so excited and can't wait to get it.

If you are talking about the scallop edge punch it's on backorder and should begin shipping week of 11/10.

I emailed SU about something and it took about a month to get a reply. As a matter of fact....by the time I got the reply I was confused as to why they were emailing me. I had to go through my sent messages to find out if I had even emailed them in the first place and, yes, I had. IMHO, that was not good customer service on their part.

I was reading this thread and wondered if you had gotten your punch yet or found out if it was just on back order? I know when someone orders through my website, I am notified by SU and I follow up to see if they received their product and if they have any questions or concerns. I'm hoping you have received good customer service either from contacting Stampin' Up! or the demo you ordered from.
