SU Clear Stamp Cases
I want to order some of the clear stamp cases but I am confused with the SU web page info. Can someone tell me - is the $5.95 for one case or the four in the picture? It does say Bulk Clear Mount Stamps CaseS but it doesnt state how many for $5.95
Thanks for your help

Are you referring to the catalog or online shopping? I just looked again and the info is not online.

These clear stamp cases are available both online or on page 7 of the current US Catalog.

I think your project looks great. I am familiar with the SU cases, and have also found a clear DVD case without the insert in the middle. They are made from the same type of material as the older, thicker, jewel-type CD cases. Do you think you could use this kind of a case to make your project? Thanks in advance!

Sorry; I am not sure what those might be like. I am quite unfamiliar with DVD cases in general.
But if they are deep enough to hold a pen or a notebook they should work just fine.

I wish the website gave better information. I like to have the catalog right in front of me when I order because they don't always have the descriptions as good as they are in the catty! I think that is where the confusion comes from.

Where did you find your cases? Are they cheaper than the SU! ones? I use a lot of them, because I store my Nestabilities dies and Gina K Designs stamps in them, and I would like to find a cheaper source for them if possible. But most DVD cases have that raised, round thing inside that snaps into the hole on a DVD. I want the cases to be smooth and empty inside, like the SU! cases. If anyone knows of a cheaper source for this same kind of case, I would LOVE to hear about it!

I'm sorry to be so slow to respond to your question. I've been too busy to keep up with everything!
I learned about the DVD cases that I was mentioning from Becca's blog Amazing Paper Grace. I haven't ever ordered any of the cases, but she mentions that they don't have a hub and are made from the same type of material a CD jewel case is made from. I think they would be a harder/more rigid plastic than the SU cases are. Check out her blog and hopefully you will find more and better answers to your questions.

You can order clear DVD cases without the insert. I get mine online from Sleeve City. You need to specify that you want them UNASSEMBLED. They are really nice. They will not cause damage to clear stamps. They are called King Jewel single DVD case.

From another thread on this site, someone said that the amuse cases are the same (and they're $4.95 for 4 instead of $5.95 for 4 like SU's).

I love the suggestions above. Thanks for sharing the ideas you have for the DVD cases.
I sell SU products too and love the ideas shared.
You guys are amazing. I just bought a bunch of these cases (from myself), from Stampin' Up! because of the quality. I am making the cases for a church function.
Love the idea of the pocket on the inside and pen.
If you have any questions about the cases don't be afraid to ask a demonstrator.
She (or he) should be able to help you, or try to find out for you.
I LOVE mine! Gonna get some more boxes from Michaels store too to put my sets in until I figure out a better way to store them. Love love love my SU stuff!

I made a bunch of the notepad holders out of them and sold them ALL at a craft show. I charged 10 dollars a piece and had orders for more after the show!
