SU Angel Policy for retired sets

I'm wondering, is the Stampin' Up angel policy the same with regard to retired stamp sets? Thanks!

It depends on which part of the Angel Policy you are referring to. You can sell retired stamp sets on the internet, but not current ones. Any stamp you use, whether retired or active is still copyrighted and therefore falls under the "angel policy". I recently saw a sticker set at Michaels featuring frogs. It was our exact same frog and some of his accessories from Unfrogettable which was retired. It was even the same exact size etc. I submitted it to SU as a violation of copyright and they pursued it! So it is my guess that the Angel Policy still holds with retired sets as far as use and sales.
