Question Spanish Stamping up

Hi;
I got my mom hooked on stamping, then she got my aunt hooked on stamping (I'm terrible:twisted trouble is They live in PR and and there is not a great selection of stamps in spanish. There also isn't a lot of stamping supplies available there. I basically supply them with everything (not sure now that getting them hooked was such a good idea :rolleyes
I just found out that Stamping Up has spanish stamps and I looked at the catalog(not sure of the terminology) and I really liked what I saw. I have always liked Stamping up but never purchased because I only buy unmounted due to space and frankly cost. Since I would be buying doubles of most things and it would be too expensive to buy them mounted, my question is "Do the spanish stamps come in the clear mount?". I really hope so.
I could not tell when I looked at the catalog. I hope someone can help me.

Sorry for such a long babble for such a simple question but I tend to babble

Thanks
Debbie

Since the clear mount stamps were just announced recently, they have begun introducing some sets in clear or wood. For example, when you pick a free sab set with a qualifying order, one of the sets you can choose from is Momentos Felices, and you can get it in either wood or clear mount. I'm sure there will be more and more coming soon, this is just one example. If you have any more questions, msg me and I'll try my best to answer.

My preview mini catalog just arrived yesterday--and there are four more spanish sets in there, available in clear mount stamps--- camino a la escuela, Trio de sentimientos, Momentos, and Asi es la Vida (that one is a hostess set)
It's cool that these are available, I can't wait to order them as I speak a bit of Spanish and my sister and her husband are fluent.

Oh, so that probably means that the current ones I looked at aren't available unmounted. Oh poo :(
Well, I guess I'll have to wait till they start coming out unmounted.

Thanks so much for the prompt reply.

Yeah, I don't know anything about the prior sets being released in clear mount. Just newer ones. If I find out though, I'll be sure to let you know.
Happy Stamping,

Hola Debbie!

I bought two spanish sets from SU! and they are just terrific - I am not sure about the UM or clear. At the time I bought mine, they were wood only.

I"ve also bought a clear, UM set from CTMH ~ It's called Gracious Greetings. You can see a sample of that here: https://roxybonds.myctmh.com/Retail/...hValue=spanish

HTH!

Oh yes, that was one of my favorite ones. My mom tells me that where she lives it seems that every weekend there is a quincenero going on so I know she really would like that particular set. Sigh, I do hope they make them unmounted.

hehe, just figured out how to use the quote thingy.
Yup, I saw the CTMH also, liked them too. Sigh, I will probably get them that one and the quincenera set.
My mom and aunt ask me every week, "Did you find any stuff in spanish?"
I hear them in my sleep I tell ya.

We haven't been told if the current sets will be offered in the clear mount in the future. I guess there's always the chance though!

I was thinking that if you are going to be buying regularly for yourself, your mom and aunt, it sounds like it might be worth your while to consider signing up as a hobby demo with one of these companies in order to be able to get the discount.

I've actually been thinking about it. but right now it doesn't fit into my budget plan. I'm keeping that in mind though.

Thanks
