Below is a picture of a set I got off ebay a year or so ago. I know there are more stamps in the set but I don't keep my sets in boxes, they are stored by category and I wasn't seeing them this morning.
Does anyone know the name of this set? I finally decided that I really need a list of the sets I have. Started the other night.......knew I had at least 30. Turns out I've got over 50....hmmmmm..... THEN after I see the index Excel file in another post and see that there are over 950 sets and realize that I'm not really all that bad at all! :-)

I believe it is an insentive set. One that only demos can buy and they give them out as prizes and such. I'm not a demo, but I do recognize one of the stamps.

That is correct. Demonstrators are only permitted to use these stamps as a business tool, and are not permitted to sell them outright.

They were already mounted when I purchased them so was probably not a demo. Still......no one knows the name? Someone probably knows! The copyright date is 2003.

That incentive set was discontinued. I've tried searching the demonstrator supply list, but it is no longer listed. I usually threw away the label for those sets, since I was mixing them in with other incentive sets in my goody basket. Alas, I cannot recall the name; sorry I am not of more help, Ann. :(
Hopefully, someone else will come to the rescue!
