Default Stamping on a chalkboard?

I got a little travel art kit for my niece and it has a chalkboard. I was going to stamp her name in the corner. Here are my questions: Should I use craft ink? And should I somehow tape off the stamped part so I can spray it with sealer? I want her to be able to wipe off the chalk without wiping off the ink.

I made my own menu chalk board for my kitchen. I used foam stamps and acrylic paint. I can wipe off the chalk and the acrylic paint is holding up great without any type of sealer. Sorry, I don't know if craft ink will work though.

I too have used acrylic paint on my DS's. I has maintained for two years without a problem!
