Stampin Up Mist?

Can anyone tell what I can use until my new bottle arrives?
I don't want to use anything that would hur my stamps or my wheels.
Thanks,
Mary

I don't know if you have any at the bottom of your current bottle but you could always put some water in there and use that.

I was told it is ok to use a baby wipe (stamp on until clean, if you rub clean little white fuzzies will be left on the rubber) or use a damp paper towel. I was told this is ok as long as it is not a long term cleaning thing, the mist will keep the stamps conditioned, so you should be fine since the mist is on its way.

I have been using alcohol free baby wipes. I will be switching over to mist when it arrives!!

I have always used baby wipes and one of the paint pads (I cut the hinges off and glued it to the top of the wipes travel container) These are kinda what I mean. I get them at walmart for cheapo! http://www.homedepot.com/prel80/HDUS...4+4453&pos=n13

Stamping Mist is just water, liquid soap and a little touch of fragrance. Make your own...I do (minus the fragrance)!http://forums.splitcoaststampers.com...ons/icon12.gif

I knew I had read a recipe for homemade stampin mist on here some time ago and did a quick search and found this old thread. There are several different recipes and ideas in it. I'm sure there are other threads too, this is just the first one I came across in my search.
Hope it helps!
