magic envelope card w/o diagonal score board

Hello all, I'm looking for instructions, either video or written, for the magic envelope card for those of us who do not have the diagonal scoring board add on to our scor-pal type tool. All the tutorials I've seen include the use of that board.

I am not sure what the 'magic envelope card' is but when I need to make an envelope I use my regular scoreboard. I drew a line with a black permanent marker down the centre of my Martha score board and then line up diagonal corners of my paper and figure out the measurements from there. Hope this makes sense.......
