Some people put them in their dishwasher. I run mine under really hot water, scrub with my fingers, and run it some more. I always let it dry for about a day

Default Cleaning cleaners

Dot2dot: I am lucky enough to still have the old white ones, so I know when they need cleaning. If they have too much ink in them, they start transferring it to the stamps! If you're stuck with the black ones (SU has got to go back to white!), I would clean them after any long session of cleaning.

I clean mine by removing them from holder (natch!), spraying them thoroughly with a spray cleaner (I use Chlorox Cleaner), letting them sit a little while in the sink, then thoroughly rinsing them, knocking most of the water out by banging them on the edge of the sink, drying them with paper towels and I'm good to go. Usually let them dry overnight.

Mark your black one somehow in a corner so you know which one is for cleaning and which one is for drying your stamp. My cleaning side is really stained and drying side is almost like new.

HTH, Kathy

I just run mine under the fawcet and when the water coming off the other side is clear I know it's clean. Then I let mine drain in the dishrack until it's dry. I usually clean them once every week or so.

I have two and usually clean one while using the other ) I wash it under running warm water with soap and a soft brush then thoroughly rinse it. It doesn't take the ink stains off, but it does make the pad clean!!!

I have 3 + extra refills for those. I have one that I use mostly for craft ink - that one gets washed more than the others. And I have a lot of scrapbook/stamping parties at my house.

I just stick mine in the dishwasher, but they get kind of bent that way. But I have a 2- and a 3-year old so I don't have time to scrub them by hand.
