ScrapbookPal.com has excellent customer service
I know several times in the past we have heard stories here about terrible customer service. So I thought I'd share this with those of you thinking about ordering from ScrapbookPal.com.
First know that I do order many things on line and have done so for several years with no problems. So when I heard here at SCS that they had the mono multi everyone is talking about and some other items I wanted, I decided to give them a try.
I place my order on Thursday 6/29/06. It shipped Friday 6/30/06 and arrived today, Monday 7/3/06.
Upon opening the box I discovered that one of the items was not as described on their website. I promptly sent them an e-mail voicing my disappointment and desire for them to solve the problem. Note my e-mail was not nasty but to the point. Within one hour I had a reply and a credit to my credit card. They apologized for the inaccurate description of the product and said they would be changing it so as avoid this problem again.
WOW!!! Now is that great customer service or what??!!! I will definitely be doing repeat business with this company.
