Question about Oh My Crafts online store

I thought I had seen complaints about Oh My Crafts awhile back but I am not completely sure.

any suggestions about this store before making a purchase?

I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Past complaints had included issues with shipping charges. But they resolved that by changing their shipping policy. Now I think you get free shipping if you have over $50. When I ordered, I received my items extremely quickly. They were packed very well. They also have been very responsive on their Facebook page.

I have had great service, she was even able to special order me a Sizzix die, which cost me a whole lot less then here in Canada. Even with shipping costs I get good deals. I wonder if I should try to get her to order me the stuff Sizzix Tuesday special since they don't ship up here :(

I just placed an order, and the prices were low enough to make up for their delayed shipping. I placed my order on Sunday Sept 12 and got a "processing" email the following Thursday the 16. The next Monday, 8 days after my order was placed, I received a refund for one of the folders I had ordered. I finally received the order on the 25th. I have no way of knowing when it was actually shipped as they didn't send a shipped notice. I just wouldn't order something you need very quickly.

Also, my expectations for reasonable shipping time may be skewed. I have been spoiled by sellers who ship super-quickly. Maybe this more delayed time is typical?

I have ordered several times from them and am basically happy with their service. My only complaint is that you never know an item is back order until after you get an order or shipping confirmation; I find that extremely annoying.

I have had very good luck ordering from them. Usually my packages are sent Priority Mail and I have them in a few days. They are good about answering emails and their customer service is wonderful!
