Default Stamp cleaner recipe - ingredient substitute?

I found a recipe for stamp cleaner in one of the threads that included distilled water, glycerine and baby wash. Has anyone ever substituted liguid dish soap for the baby wash? Did it work? Is it too sudsy? I have lots of dish soap on hand, but no baby wash. Just trying to save a few dollars. Thanks.

That is a great question ....altho I have baby shampoo on hand (dd has an allergy to shampoos so she uses baby shampoo all the time now!) BUT in the event I would not have it I wonder if dishsoap would work?!

I use....don't laugh....Pantene 2 in 1 Shampoo/Conditioner. I read somewhere to use water, a drop of soap, and a drop of conditioner....so I used this stuff and it works perfectly so far!

Funny you should mention shampoo and conditioner. I just went to my bathroom cupboard and realized that I had a giant size bottle Oil of Olay Body Wash and several different brands of shampoos and conditioners. (Everyone in the house likes a different brand and type.) In that mix, I also have some Pantene shampoo and conditioner. Guess what I am going to do this afternoon?
