Spellbinder Wizard
I have been doing some research on the Spellbinder Wizard; has anyone out there used one? Would love to hear comments, both good and bad! Thanks!

I would say only:
I have not used it. It is very very very expensive. Sorry, that is all I know. Shirley |
I just got one and I love it. You can get it online at Joann.com - what until they have a 50% off coupon. The wizard can cut and emboss. I've successfully used my sizzix, sizzlets and quickuts dies too (an adapter is needed to use these dies). It will take a couple of tries to get the hang of it, but it is actually very easy to use. They are redoing the machine and dies and will release them on Feb 14th, so if you decide to get one what and get the updated machine.

I own the wizard and love it. I did not think that it was that expensive. Now understand that I am a gadget queen - have the Sizzix, wizard, and that new one that you roll (thought that it would be good to take to crops?) and love them all. They all are great in their own way. But after you master the "sandwich" with the Wizard you can die cut or emboss with just about anything. Love it, Love it, Love it.

I got a wizard for Christmas and love it. I've used sizzix dies and the wizards own dies and found it very easy to use. The sandwich patterns are explained and very easy to follow. I didn't think it was too bad in price - I think I got mine from scrapbooking warehouse.
